This week has been exciting leading to 8pm bed times for all😂 Full days in kindergarten, Open House at school, bible study, clinic, therapy, play dates, etc. you get the point❤️ Madison's kidney crystals are still a problem so we will be seeing the renal doctor in two weeks and more than likely be starting some new meds. Thanks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience of mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-escalate by taking a time out are great tools.
