I wrapped up my summer classes last week; therefore the littles and I are going to make the last four weeks of summer count! We kicked off with having Maebry Jane's 5th birthday bash in Effingham over the weekend! We all had a blast swimming and creating memories with family and friends! The littles and I made a quick trip to Knight's Action Park today! With the craziness of life, I hadn't seen my long lost sisters Lisa and Katie for almost three years! It's embarrassing, but needless to say today was awesome and much needed! TOMORROW IS MAE'S 5TH BIRTHDAY! A tradition; we started a couple of years ago, is the kids make one another cakes on their birthdays! I don't know who is more excited Harrison and Madison (they will be making the cake) or Ms.Mae (the one eating it). Tomorrow will be filled with excitement for Ms.Mae; Streamers already hung above her bedroom door, a few gifts laying out in the living room, and family festivities filling the day. Mae is a huge blessing to Ryan and I! Her laugh is contagious, questions are honest, love is genuine, and her Mae-isms feel the house with laughter. Thank you God for letting me be her mother!

Madison is on the path to be tall and skinny like her daddy❤️ Yesterday was a long day, but all tests are complete. I'm waiting to hear back with results from cardiology and her GFR test. The greatest news is her immune system numbers (after two years) are looking good! It has been a slow process, but we finally have "normal numbers!" I'm praying that her t-cells numbers are great also (were sent off and will get back in four weeks). Madison favorite news from Dr.Bhatla was "If no problems (call if concerns) Madison doesn't have to come back till November!" I'm pretty sure both of our mouths dropped, but wonderful news for two people who are done making trips to STL for appointments ❤️ Please pray results continue to come back normal, potty-training takes off, and her kidneys continue to get better! Happy Friday! A huge "THANK YOU" to all who donated to Toys on a mission! All the immediate needs have been taken care of! If still interested in giving the Coatas Center is in need of art kits (ages 10 and up) and paci-plushies. Not really sure where time has gone, but thankful for each day I've been given. Madison has grown, changed, and thrived the last two years! Completely blessed and thankful for all the prayers and support we have received while on this journey! We are thankful for all Madison's doctors, nurses, therapists, etc. it truly has taken an army! God is good! The journey at times felt long, but know so many who have and are still on the journey. Today we celebrated by swimming and being together! Often it is easy to reflect on a day in the past and grieve. This year, I wanted July 6th to be filled with happiness and our normal! I love this picture of Madison--- it gives just a small idea of how much she is like her daddy! I've taken a picture at the Effingham pool almost every summer. With Madison being sick I missed the last two years, but got one today!
With the kids partaking in swimming lessons the entire month of July doing a "devotion time" in Vandalia is ideal! After much prayer the dates, times, and topics are below! I hope to see you this month! Coffee Break: Summer Time Devotion for Women Ages: 18-98
