I wrapped up my summer classes last week; therefore the littles and I are going to make the last four weeks of summer count! We kicked off with having Maebry Jane's 5th birthday bash in Effingham over the weekend! We all had a blast swimming and creating memories with family and friends! The littles and I made a quick trip to Knight's Action Park today! With the craziness of life, I hadn't seen my long lost sisters Lisa and Katie for almost three years! It's embarrassing, but needless to say today was awesome and much needed! TOMORROW IS MAE'S 5TH BIRTHDAY! A tradition; we started a couple of years ago, is the kids make one another cakes on their birthdays! I don't know who is more excited Harrison and Madison (they will be making the cake) or Ms.Mae (the one eating it). Tomorrow will be filled with excitement for Ms.Mae; Streamers already hung above her bedroom door, a few gifts laying out in the living room, and family festivities filling the day. Mae is a huge blessing to Ryan and I! Her laugh is contagious, questions are honest, love is genuine, and her Mae-isms feel the house with laughter. Thank you God for letting me be her mother!

And so now he has a new resolve in life. “And I will call upon your name, and keep my eyes above the waves, when oceans rise my soul will rest in your embrace. For I am yours, and you are mine.”

Starting eye doctor appointments at a young age can save children from problems in the future. Often times young children can wear patches over their bad eye in hopes to correct and strengthen the one that has problems. The advantageous part about sticking with the same family doctor is the relationship you build with them as they use their professional services to help you and your family experience what healthy 20/20 vision is like. That relationship also will be very helpful because you can expect the best vision care each time you visit your eye doctor.
