 Day -10: A day full of settling in... Goodbyes to Harrison and Mae, learning a new normal, and finalizing all of Madison's labs and plan of action. Tomorrow chemo will begin. For the next 9 days Madison will be given high doses of chemo to prepare her body for her bone marrow transplant (July 16th). Consider joining me on a 9 day prayer challenge. Being a "girl who loves her sweets." I will be giving that up and praying for Madison every time I would have reached for the sugar jar, the candy bar, cinnamon roll, soda, coffee, etc. There is power in prayer! I'm praying for little to no side effects, peace for all five of us, and a quick recovery.
