Day 171: Our house is becoming a home...

693.5 hours is roughly the amount of time Ryan has put into our house (End of August-beg. Of January). In addition, he has held a full time job, had Harrison and Mae full time (August-September), drove to St.Louis at least three times a week to see Madison and I, and led our family while Madison was extremely ill. Ryan has never complained and literally attacked each day and task as it came!

In those months God sent family and friends to help. They were called by God because literally Ryan had very few times he had the time to ask for help. Family and friends who just showed up with love in their heart to help because there was a need. Thank you! Thank you for answering the call and being present for our family.

The inside of Our home is complete. Ryan has put love in every corner of our home and has made it safe for our kids! Every wall is painted with Sherwin Williams paint that was donated to our family and every wall is decorated with the personal touches by Jayne. Jayne Grunlee donated her time and ability to make our house and comfortable home. She made our home beautiful.

Tears fell as I walked into our home! God has given Ryan several talents! He put in a stamped concrete countertop that will be used to sanitize all items before coming into the house. He designed a light fixture using an old ladder, and so many other awesome things. The teamwork of Jayne and Ryan shows in every detail.

I could feel the love from all who helped Ryan! Selfless and literally God's hands and feet! Thank you! The concerns of living in a home built in 1875 in the middle of the country are no longer present. Our home and the air inside of it is safe for our kids.

As we are still uncertain on if Harrison and Mae will one day have a bone marrow transplant we know our home is safe and will be for years to come.

Again, we are thankful for all who have donated the resources God has given them❤️ We are eager to continue giving our love and resources to share God's love.
