Day 269: 1/2 Marathon✔️

This race symbolized our year! No time to physically, mentally, or emotional train. Just attacked the race one mile at a time! Ryan and I were separated at mile 5 (he had a knee injury) and he encouraged me to continue. I continued to pray and move forward! Lisa and her amazing sister (founder of IROH) came alongside me and walked me to the mile marker 13. I pushed all the pain to the side and ran to the finish line! When Ryan and I found one another the rain drops fell.

We have no clue what the week will bring, but know God is beside us! Please continue to pray for our friends!❤️
