Is God calling you?
When Madison was sick and we were living in the hospital; God was loud and clear he wanted me to get a master’s degree in counseling. With my focus being on Madison, I knew when God was ready for me to take the first step I would know. Last Spring, with Madison’s therapy coming to an end in June; Ryan asked, “God is ready are you going to listen?” Since last summer, I have been a full time graduate student. Learning and growing with each passing class.God has continued to open one door after another confirming his plan. Please don’t assume it’s been easy for doing God’s will has challenges, but God has been my assurance and foundation. On Wednesday, I took the call to become the K-8 Certified School Counselor Intern in the South Central School District. At the end of summer, I will have six classes left at Eastern so will be continuing my education and graduating in the Spring of 2019. At that point I will have both my school counseling license and LPC. I am very excited and thrilled about the road ahead and answering God’s call.Thank you for all the prayers and support.

Let's admit the fact that there are days wherein we don't answer every time God is calling us. We might have our reasons, but I don't understand why there is a need for us to ignore him. What we should do is to always answer the call because God just wants to reconnect with us. Actually, we should be the one exerting an effort to connect with him, but we couldn't do it because we are too busy., Hopefully, people would see the huge importance of this and we will learn how to communicate him.
