Marriage Conference!

It took me about 6 hours to get meds, bags, house picked up, and notes left so Ryan and I could be gone 24 hours! We both can't remember the last time we stayed in a hotel together without The Littles...., which means we haven't since having Harrison.

The conference was amazing! Ryan and I enjoyed our time together, we learned new things, and focused on us!

It became even more obvious to us the importance of being intentional on working on our marriage every single day! Unfortunately, the norm is to wait until the marriage is fragile, failing, and far from what God wants.

A great marriage takes great communication! Ryan and I felt we communicated well, but there is always room for growth! The last 24 hours we have been able to have "heart talk" about our vulnerabilities, fears, and what we need from one another.
