My Fear is your Reality

A mother from Saint Elmo has lost her 17 year old daughter this week to AML. This mother didn't even know her daughter had this illness until it was too late. Since Madison diagnosis on April 30th the fear of her MDS/Monosomy 7 turning into AML before we can get a transplant is real! The fear of her blood levels dropping so low she has a spontaneous bleed is frightening. Then today happens when my fears are another mother's reality. My heart breaks for this family and prayers will continue!
