A marathon! The training has been semi-easy till this week! 10mile run! I got to mile 3.2 and wanted to stop, then 6.7, then 7.3.... I reached the point that I was saying, "Lindsay, this is stupid! Why are you even doing this?" At that point I had to focus in on "my why not!"
Don't stop when it gets hard! I know it sounds easy, but the reality is how do you keep going? How do we push through the hard times in life? I'm pretty sure over one hundred books have been written that address this question. For me personally, I need time alone with God to Refocus! I need time to cry, process, and get my bearings. I need time to let go, and let God! What do you need?
