We've had a weekend filled with runny noses, rashes, laughs, memories, and a trip to the emergency room! Madison has not felt like herself all weekend and Harrison decided to jump off the stairs (being Captain America). The x-rays showed no break; however the er doctor didn't feel confident in results. Harrison is in a temporary cast, in pain, and will be seeing an orthopedic doctor this week. After a crazy weekend I love when God redirects me to my calling. I made the trip to Louisville this evening to attend a graduation party for a special friend. The laughs, words, and positivity brought joy to my heart. Mik was not only one of my students and one of my cross country runners, but a friend. I left teaching four years ago, but still have prayed and remained in contact with her. The way our weekend has gone it was obvious Satan didn't want me in Louisville, but I knew God wanted otherwise. When God calls I answer.

At times we get so wrapped up in life that we miss out on today. I've spent the evening going through pictures. The days go fast. Do you make the most out of the days you've been given? To go back to this day. Thank you God for changing my direction, path, and showing me what matters most!
How can you start making the best out of today? One of our first stops was to get flowers for Kayley! ❤️ The kids still ask about and pray for her. Uncle Mike will be taking them to the cemetery for us. Our second stop was to see little Mr. Dawson! One of the greatest things in life is seeing loved ones babies!!! So thankful for all our cousins!!! Our third stop was Grammy and Pa's house! We enjoyed lunch, conversation, and play time! Aunt Donna was also there so it was a win-win! Our kids are so blessed to have three great grandmas and two great grandpas still living!❤️❤️ I had to take my bag back to the car because the littles kept wanting gum so I didn't get any pictures. A wonderful day with the kids and family❤️ A quiet day for the Lash family today. Besides Ms.Kay coming (home health nurse) they always act like wild children when she is here. I've decided the kids want her to think we are crazy! Lol! The kids and I needed a quiet day at home! A day to play and a day to rest. As crazy as it sounds the last 300 days has gone by fast! Madison is continuing to get stronger with each passing day. The appreciation I have for her therapist is beyond words! I don't know what is going on with the weather, but migraines are in the air. Several friends and I have been battling them the last three days. Ready for the rain to let up so my feet can hit the road!
Our family has been blessed with four babies this past month! Three of them are cousins and one is our niece! Thank you God for blessing our family with healthy babies! I no longer take for granted the health of those around me! The last few days I've enjoyed traveling to see two of the four pumpkins and plan on seeing the other two soon! I enjoyed St.Elmo Christian on Sunday! The love they have for God and one another pours out of the church! Thank you for letting me share Mother's Day with you! Ryan and I decided to take Madison to church (she wore a mask the entire time and we were hand-sanitizing like crazy), but she still ended up with a runny nose! This is a prime example of how you can never be too safe). No immune system is no joke. Our week has started out a little crazy. Once a month I have to sanitize the kid's toys... I try to do it the first day of each month, but May caught me off guard. We put every toy we own in the living room, clean the baskets, then the toys, organize them, and then put away. Needless to say I spent the entire day yesterday cleaning... Deep cleaning. I've enjoyed just being the last week although it has been busy! My prayer for you as summer draws near that you allow yourself some "be" time! Allow God to call you and use you! If your calendar is full it is hard to be fluid! Love and prayers! Tomorrow is day +300!!!!
